Dan Mullen has landed a contract extension at Florida. Mullen will be paid an average of $7.6 million with six years remaining on his new contract. He's now the SEC's third-highest paid coach behind only Nick Saban and Ed Orgeron. Jimbo is 4th ($7.5 million)

Well earned IMO. I don't like the guy but dude can coach. Best coach FL has had since Myer. If he can take the next step and get them in national championship conversations he'll be in discussion as second best coach in SEC in my mind.

No a big fan of Cousin Eddie but he is a very good coach.

To be fair, if Gus was getting 7 here, Eddie deserves 7 there. He will, however, leave for the NFL before he gets to the end of that deal.
