He worked in pharmaceutical sales mostly if I remember correctly. Nice guy you knew if he got in front....... you were not going to catch him as long as you were a slug

I remember when Randy got hurt during bowl practice, it was the only time in my 4 years that Kenny Howard ran over to an injured player....usually Kenny would take 2 puffs off his cig and walk on over after getting out of the cart with Coach Jordan....

He was a KA.  He passed away a few months ago.  We grew up together in LaGrange.

The press called Randy Walls, "The Ugly Duckling QB". We beat Tennessee 10-6 in 1972 with Walls attempting four passes and completing one. Randy Walls didn't make mistakes and did his job. Kudos to him.
