 While much of the US is suffering under a heat wave, Fox 6 Meterologists James Spann has forecast the temps in Auburn Alabama to hoover around 31 degrees this entire weekend.   It is the first Freeze warning Spann has ever forecast for July.   He also forecasts that the night skies will only have 4 or 5 stars visible.

Bird, Make sure you read the Finebaum article on Al.com.   Like you and I said in another thread Finebaum appears to be predicting Saban to be gone in 3 to 4 years.  More important, he does an entire interview praising our current situation.   If Finebaum is positive, maybe it is better than even we imagined/hoped.

Saban is 71 years old. He's the third oldest coach in all of college football. 

I think he has a little left in the tank, but it's very reasonable to predict he will be done if 4 years or so.

Kirby will be the problem moving forward.

We’re pretty much trading out Saban for Kirbs when he retires, but there are plenty of studs to go around for Kirbs & Freeze.

If bammer replaces him with Dabo, they won’t miss a beat in recruiting.
