What we established today as of posting this....

1. Nathan Wade spent somewhere between $5,000 to $6,000 on trips he and Fanni Willis took over a 2 year span of time.

2. They had a romantic relationship that ended in the summer of 2023.

3. Nathan Wade was paid approximately $600,000 by Fulton County for his work as special prosecutor.

The allegation is that the amount of approx $6,000 shows that the DA benefited from Wade's employment.

This is a tenuous claim at best.  Most of the questioning is centered on how many times did they eat lunch together.  I also find it ridiculous that those fees are being paid by Fulton County.  However, that is not what the hearing is about.  The hearing is about whether or not a conflict exists.  I can guarantee that Mr. Sadow, Trump's attorney, has billed well in excess of that amount, regardless of whether or not he is or will ever actually get paid.
