Great film. Beautiful property that Coach owned and managed. Used to see him almost daily early mornings at old Bent Creek Grocery on exit 57. He liked to read the paper over coffee and be left alone but would engage about hunting, fishing, and local politics. We all knew not talk football unless he brought it up which was not often.

Recall seeing him a few mornings after he coached his last game vs Bammer in 92. He was hauling a Christmas tree out to what he called “the farm”. Said he felt like the weight of the world was off of his shoulders.
