Dlewis23 0
Well not technically beause KI has played in all 7 games, but in the Ga. Tech game he only had one carry for 6 yards, late in the fourth. If that game is removed Kenny is averaging 119 yards per game. which would be 12 yards a game more than the second place rusher Joseph Addai who is at 107. I know the coaches always preach that a player does not lose their stating position because of an injury, but I thinks its pretty clear that #23 should be the #1 tailback. My early prediction is 145 yards vs. 42

I have to say that I am very impressed with the progression of Kenny Irons. He really showed out this past Saturday despite the bitter loss. I also think Kenny has solidified his place as the starter; he has definitely benefited from the number of carries. It has given him the opportunity to achieve a rythm. On another note, we need Lester's patient and vision in the redzone.
