What seperates us is the offense. Auburn's offense is a tad better in the majority of offensive categories. All in all though, I think this game comes down to field position. Bama's offense is going to have to drive down the field to score....Auburn's field position stats are pretty good: PUNT RETURN AVG Auburn - 5 Bama - 7 (about the same both ways) KICKOFF COVERAGE Auburn - 2 Bama - 8 KICKOFF RETURNS Auburn - 1 Bama - 4 PUNTING Auburn - 6 Bama - 12 But one thing to consider about Bama...they know how to manage the clock. Will Auburn have enough time to score as much as they want to? Against bama, they definitely control the clock: TIME OF POSSESION Bama - 1 Auburn - 5 I think the reason why Bama is off to an 8-0 start this year is great defense, with the ability to control the clock and keep team's offenses from even seeing the field.
