Former AUBURN FB Heath Evans who had a tryout with the New England Patriots during their off week, agreed to join the club after Sunday night's victory over the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots current FB Patrick Pass went down grabbing at the back of his leg in agony during the second quarter of the Bills game, fumbling the ball as he fell. Pass did not return to the game.

I didn't know he was cut. Good for him, and my Patriots! Go Heath, makes us proud. They need the help at RB/FB and in the secondary. They are on their 4th string safety.
