In a startling turn of events, the auburn athletic department, along with school administrators, participated in stripping the field at Jordan hare of Pat Dye's name on Saturday night....although coach Dye felt somewhat slighted (after all, the field was dedicated to him before kickoff on Saturday), he completely understood the reasoning behind this.....in light of his contributions to the Auburn tradition, the playing turf at Jordan-Hare shall now and forevermore be named "Brodie Croyle flats", and the logo shall be placed on the 11 yard line in honor of all 11 permanent imprints left on the field where brodie was sacked, mauled and or bludgeoned by the Auburn defense

we'll miss you little fella.....fare thee well!
