Regarding his trip tp Florida...anyone have a clue as to what this is about?...I know they are offering him as a QB since the offense is suppose to be a perfect fit for him....

The good news for Auburn fans is that he didn't go on his visit to Florida. The bad news is that he has rescheduled it for Dec. 10. But he says he is still committed to AU.

And you know this because...?

Actually, kids who commit early take their official visits to other schools all the time and don't waver. They get treated like royalty, get to see different parts of the country, often have pretty coeds show them around campus. Yeah, no kid who's really committed would take advantage of that.

Don't forget, Tim Tebow from Nease HS near St. Augustine is probably going to wind up at UF. His RB just committed to the Gators plus one or two other of his good buddies. His parents are graduates of UF, as well.

He's one of the top if not the top QB prospect in the nation right now. He played here in B'ham at the beginnig of the season vs. Hoover. Everyone is high on this kid.

That being said, I don't think Mario will wind up at UF.
