Justice?

I don't have a link for either story, but saw these both on the news. If anyone wants to search for them and post links, feel free to, but I'd rather not search "Child moletsation" at work.

Anyway, so in one case a man is found guilty of orally and anally raping two 4 and 12 year old boys. The judge, however didn't sentence the man to a single day in prison, or even correctional facility because he claimed the man "Had a sickness like me." The judge's sickness he was referring to is the fact that he was charged for multiple accounts of DWI.

Meanwhile, a 17 year old Georgia boy is being sentenced to 10 years in prison for recieving consentual oral sex from a 15 year old girl. The kid was an Honor student and a stellar athelete, on his way to play for college, but is now sittting in prison.

What is wrong with our justice system???
