Listen up Pres. Bush!

The American people do NOT want amnesty for illegal aliens. We want them sent back. We will do the jobs they do, just not for beans.

LINING UP FOR JOBS AMERICANS WON'T DO

So you know those meat packing plants where all those illegal aliens were busted for identity theft? It turns out applicants are lining up to take those jobs. But what about illegals supposedly doing jobs Americans don't want to do? It would seem that doesn't apply here. You may remember that was President Bush's justification for his sweeping amnesty proposal for the 12 million Mexican invaders currently in this country. They do jobs Americans won't do.

But that is not the case with the Swift Meatpacking Company. The line at one plant was out the door with job applicants for the new vacancies. These are actually legally employable Americans this time. They didn't jump the border and commit fraud....they just want to work. One man showed up with his driver's license, his Social Security card and a picture of himself as a young Naval officer, just to erase any doubts that he might be here illegally.

All of this exposes the lie of illegal immigration: that our economy needs illegal aliens. Wrong. The price we pay in higher crime, payments for social services and law enforcement far, far outweighs any cheap labor we might benefit from. So from now on, when you hear George Bush say illegals do the work Americans won't, just know that it's a lie.

Illegal aliens do the work Americans won't do for what the illegals are paid. There you have it. Put that in your sombrero and smoke it, Mr. President.

The only problem is that the previously Republican controlled House was the only thing that prevented it. The White House and Republican controlled Senate wanted amnesty.

It will be a slam dunk in January.

This is the argument I can never quite comprehend. Illegal immigrants and immigrants with green cards do jobs "Americans" don't want.

I've always wondered do illegal immigrants make at least $5.15 an hour or the hourly wage in the state in which they work? I mean, if they're not citizens and all.

Do they receive W2's in Dec. or Jan.?

Do they have pay stubs? Any state and federal taxes taken out of their check? Yeah, granted most, if not all make so low that no state taxes are removed. How bout Social Security? They pay sales tax and what else?

Obviously, there not working just the fields anymore.

If someone can point me to an article or a study where illegal immigrants are making at least minimum wage for jobs United States citizens won't do...... I'd be greatly appreciative.

You're probably not going to find an article support the assumption that a company will pay above minimum wage to illegals. The costs are staggering though. Not only do the illegals use government services, the jobs they take from Americans cause the crime rates to rise. The prison contractors get rich and the cycles continues. The corporations pour money into the DC and the laws go in their favor. Here is a quote from a VDare.com article:

By working for $11 an hour, a third of the going union rate, and through their willingness to endure conditions no American would tolerate, Vinquino, Chuy, Alanzo, Octavio and Mario have shut American construction workers out of jobs.

The crew has worked up and down the eastern seaboard in Nashville, Memphis, Dayton and Atlanta. According to Baum, English isn’t required. All the foremen are Mexican, too.

After I read the Rolling Stone piece, I contacted Greg, my friend at the construction workers’ website Gangbox.

I asked Greg, a 33-year old African American and a United Brotherhood of Carpenters cardholder, to comment on the fate of young black men and women who might pursue those construction jobs if they paid a decent wage.

“Some enlist in the military,” said Greg. “The vast majority struggle to get the few legit jobs out there and make due with whatever they can get. As for the rest, have you ever wondered why there are 1 million blacks in prison?”

Continued Greg: “Many black men, denied a legit job, are driven into low level street drug sales. And since our war of drugs targets the bottom of the rung, they end up in jail. The same for those caught in petty theft.”

“We’ve really been hurt by losing the low level jobs to the illegal aliens,” concluded Greg.

The is no political will to eforce the immigation laws on the books. It's a damn conspiracy to designed to impoverish the American People. I'm telling you now, it is conspiracy for the New World Order and communist rule over this country. Bush is only doing what they tell him to do. He isn't his own man in this thing. I don't care if you call me crazy, I'm prepared for what's coming. Question is are you?

I know thousands of Americans that would gladly take the jobs at $11/hr. Maybe the Unions have LONG outlived their usefulness BF. Why dont the American Unions unionize in Mexico? That would help greatly, but they never do anything but sit back and whine.

I'm guessing that they don't unionize in Mexico becaue the Mexican Gov't won't allow them?

The Mexican Gov't is corrupt, utterly and to the core. The only thing which will change that is a revolution with in the country of Mexico. I'm suspecting that there are some who think things might not go too well for the American interest should revolution break out south of the border. So instead, we quietly look the other way while millions of impoverished Mexicans flee one problem to start an entirely different one. And to make matters worse, we're being told that citizens who wish to defend this country are now gun toting rednecks, vigilantes, and racists. I doubt very much that our forefathers , who risked everything they had for the making of this great nation, would so freely give it away.

Some are quick to jump on the 'conspiracy' band wagon, where as I think it could have more to do w/ human nature. "It's not MY problem...... hey, I'm only allowing a few illegals in, .....it's not like I'm employing 1000 illegals., etc... " . Either way, one thing is for certain. This river of humanity must be managed, and something must be done - now.

One thing I have to say about Mexicans is that they stick together unlike Americans who are more independent. The IBEW supports immigration, but not expolitation. The UE helped the Azteca workers in Chicago fight for healthcare coverage and better pay. I participated in that effort. Unions will help these people with their working conditions, pay and benefits, and we are constantly trying to organize the unorganized. Unions have not outlived their usefulness. Just remember, the unions are the membership, not the international reppresentatives. The IBEW has helped many Mexicans workers fight exploitation.

"Electricians' Union Shocked

The IBEW said it was shocked to learn that a government cultural exchange program was being exploited and used by nonunion contractors. By hiring foreign workers who were essentially indentured servants, these companies were undercutting union wages and making it harder for union contractors to win job bids.

In response, the union offered to help the electricians and engineers tangled in USA-IT's snare. Ron Burke, who heads the IBEW construction division, contacted the State Department and called for an investigation. After helping several workers from Romania arrange a meeting with Stanley Colvin, head of the Exchange Visitor Program, the union was able to free them from USA-IT's scam. And after hearing the workers' accounts, Colvin expressed doubt that USA-IT was running a bona fide cultural exchange training program. Due to the circumstances, the State Department allowed the foreign electricians and engineers to work for other companies, something that is typically not permitted under the Exchange Visitor Program.

Realizing that its operation was being exposed, USA-IT then tried to smear the union's efforts. It made claims that the IBEW was stirring up trouble by promising the Romanians and others permanent visas. But the IBEW says those charges are ridiculous.

USA-IT also made threats against the workers and even had operatives in Romania call workers' relatives and tell them that bad things would happen to them if their family members in the US joined the union.

The State Department's investigation of USA-IT’s cultural exchange program is ongoing. And the YMCA of Greater New York — the original sponsor of USA-IT's cultural exchange visas — says that it is working closely with the government and others to develop new guidelines for the Exchange Visitor Program. One of the first changes, they say, will be banning staffing agencies such as USA-IT from participating in the program.

The IBEW and the YMCA of Greater New York have also been working together to develop a legitimate training program and are helping the Romanians and others find jobs during the rest of their visa tenures. And in October, the union won an National Labor Relations Board ruling stating that remaining electricians at USA-IT can vote to form a union under federal labor law. That election is expected to occur in the weeks ahead."

Joe Salimando of Ted Mag (electrical distributor's magazine printed issue in 2001) wrote the article that busted this practice wide-open. Needless to say I called IES myself to see if the practice had taken place in my jurisdiction, no response. They got an ear full from the Bottomfeeder at their shop. BF and the IBEW are all over it, don't worry.

Oh yeah, America can rest easy now that BF and friends are helping illegals get better benefits, while the rest of the country suffers from the Mexican invasion.

Well done, my comrade lovin' ameigo!

Their gonna be here anyway, so why not embrace them? Remember my wife is Native American, and has a problem when immigrants talk about immigrants. She is a native unlike us and them. I'd just STFU if I were you, because you are an immigrant while she isn't. She told me to STFU, so I did. Needless to say she is still unhappy about what the white man has done to/with her land, and so am I.

The white man did not force the casinos on "HER" land. Nor did the white man force alcoholism on the indians. Their refusal to change and grow as a society has left them where they are. Many people have left their culture for a better life. But the indians refuse to do so. And to your wife and all indians out there, I was born on this soil by parents born on this soil. If the indians had wanted to keep this land, they should have played "cowboys and indians" a little better.
