Need a Job Bad

I need some help..I've been in Industrial Sales for the last 16 yrs and just got laid off. The majority of my experience is in sales or office management. I'm going back top school (God Willing) and getting out of this mess and getting a degree in the medical field...something more stable...SO If anyone has a job in some sort of sales or customer service or preferablly in the medical field while I finish my degree I'm all about it.,...I'm 38 with a wife and 2 kids and a HUGE mortgage so I need some help
