Varez is obviously hurt. That quad tear is a bear to come back from. Now he is having issues with a groin injury.

Sometimes playing hurt leads to more injuries. Just my $0.02 but I'd much rather have him at full strength for league play than the next few games.

I hope we can get him some rest and get him well, and quit pushing him so hard before he can't come back.

Naismith looked decent in the loss to Long beach. Maybe he can help bridge the gap until Ward is 100%.

Just my opinion, but based on the past, I am not real enamored about Neysmith getting extended playing time.

I have been looking forward to watching McAfee and Johnson playing all year. I missed last weeks game when McAfee made his debut, but watching him last night, I wasnt impressed. Thankfully he's a freshman, but he has a long way to go. Johnson was pretty exciting, he just has to shake all the rust off.

Was excited to get all this personelle back and hopefully be 100% finally, but now Varez (whom the Hawaii commentators cant say right for the sake of their lives) and KG are hurt. Hope KG's injury isnt too bad. He and Frankie are the life of this team.
