Whether you like it or not, it is a legitimate question.  Auburn has been mired in basketball mediocrity for many years, since 1963, when Coach Eaves left.  The commitment from the university and administration has been mediocre at best.  We appear to have a renewed commitment to basketball with the new arena and firing CJL.  But what do the potential coaches think about it?  Do they believe their is a new mentality toward basketball?  I guess we will find out soon.

Because we suck in the past, we must continue to suck? Auburn is a nice place to live, work and our University just built a new $92.5 million dollar facility. JJ needs to open the wallet and we will get a good coach. I think the new arena made a heck of a statement about where our BB program is headed. However, if JJ hires another high school coach to go this new arena, he's a complete IDIOT.
