  1. AU 19 TAMU 17 Carlson kicks the game winning field goal on a 4 of 4 night for him.
  2. I don't remember making an absolute statement like that but if I did I stand corrected. I have a feeling we are both wasting our time here. Good luck!
  3. divide and conquer Also, divide and govern or rule. Win by getting one's opponents to fight among themselves. For example, Divide and conquer was once a very successful policy in sub-Saharan Africa. This expression is a translation of the Latin maxim, Divide et impera (“divide and rule”), and began to appear in English about 1600.
  4. Mortality in the United States resulting from generalized tetanus is 30% overall, 52% in patients older than 60 years, and 13% in patients younger than 60 years.
  5. Tetanus was developed in 1924, with 100 years of data behind it.
  6. My children had that when they were babies and will not have to get it again unless Fauci gets involved in it(just kidding). Not anti-vaxx. I get a tetanus "shot" every 10 years or so. I get it. Guess what you did not have to do when you got and recovered from Polio? Get the vaccine. I keep coming back to my same argument: Harsin had and recovered from the virus. He should be good to go relative to his vaccination status based on that. This vaccine does not provide much immunity at all but does seem to protect against long hospital stays and really bad cases. Lets call it what it is. It is essentially a proactive treatment.
  7. I was just pointing out that those types of vaccines are given at birth and in childhood and you have almost complete immunity for life. Can you get it, yes, but it is like getting struck by lighting. Probably not going to happen. Cannot compare this vaccine to those vaccines.
  8. Comparing this "vaccine" to Polio and MMR vaccines is not a cogent argument and you know it. This "vaccine" gives you a spike of immunity in the first 2-3 months and then tails off dramatically. I do believe it helps keep people out of the hospital and from having really bad cases of the virus. However that is related to a very specific spike in the protein and natural immunity provides a wider range of immunity over future variants. I am not anti-vaxx just pro natural immunity. You know that thing that has been around for centuries upon centuries. Not sure your implication of facebook but I don't frequent it. Taking it back to the issue at hand, Harsin should get credit for having recovered from the virus.
  9. So the definition of a vaccine is that it provides immunity. Do you feel immune?
  10. Hard to believe they still call it a vaccine when they suggest a booster in 6 months. It's a shot like the flu shot and get ready to get your yearly booster or maybe semi-annual. Line up and get that booster folks. Youll be soiling your pants but thank you Pfizer may I have another. Time will show and it already is showing that natural immunity, which he has, is much more resilient to re-infection. Europe and Israel consider recovery from the virus as equivalent to getting the vaccine. Why do we not in the US? Cause Pfizer and Moderna have not made their profit quota just yet. If you want to get your vaccine get it. If you have had it and recovered you should be considered at minimum equivalent to a fully vaccinated individual.
  11. Recruit, recruit, recruit. Need big time OL so bad. I love everything else that us going on right now and hope the foundation is being laid for those big bodies in the trenches.
  12. One would hope that Harsin would be aware of this possibility. Perhaps he thinks the reward outweighs that risk.
  13. Sadly Saban has moved on from us. We are not much of a threat on or off the field right now. Hope that changes soon.
  14. It just seems like every time I see Smoke he is chasing a receiver into the end zone. I know that's not fair and it very possibly could have been a missed assignment from another player but its not a good look.
  15. For some reason folks think this Stat equates to him being the 5th best qb of all time in the SEC. It just says he does not throw a lot of interceptions. I would not read too much into it. He has a chance to become a very good or great QB. He was last night but lots of games to go. I'm rooting for him to break all the good QB records at Auburn and to look back at him being a top 3 QB for Auburn one day. You know why, cause I love Auburn and that will mean he led Auburn to a lot of wins hopefully.
  16. Was Puckett supposed to step in on that crossing route smoke acted like he was. He was just standing there watching everyone else play.
  17. Are any of the transfers particularly impressive?? They sure don't seem to be.
