Plus he is just now meeting key recruits for the 1st time. Recruiting is about building relationships and we Auburn fans are going to have to be patient. I know patience and Auburn don't go well together but I think he has done a remarkable job so far.

If what I hear is true from a legal perspective, he will miss quite a few games if not more than a few. He could end up in jail. The laws in Alabama are very strict when it comes to sex crimes, and if this video was filmed/released without the girl's knowledge and permission he and others could be in big mess.

True. BUT that was before NIL. I knew the president of the Mobile area Red Elephant Club (he's deceased now) from a few years back and he would brag about getting players to bama by "whatever it took". Now that we are competitive dollar wise (with the right person in charge of the football team which it appears we have) we will get our fair share of players.

Why would he? Bo wants to make it in the NFL. He has 1 more year of eligibility left. Oregon has proven to be a life changer for him in that he put up numbers that made NFL scouts take notice. He has players around him who can make plays and help him showcase his ability. Unfortunately at Auburn (at this time) we are lacking in the skill players a QB needs to help him. He also has a OLine that gives him protection. We may have that but the jury is still out. Plus he wasn't happy with the way some fans treated him over his last 2 years. He got the majority of the blame for the poor offense when it wasn't totally his fault. From everything I hear he is still very happy at Oregon.

Over the years I've read many statements on this and other forums, but this has to be the MOST truthful and MOST accurate of them all. Goodman has practically zero connections to anyone at Auburn who is in the know. There's a better chance of Patrick Nix becoming the next head coach of the New England Patriots than Bo coming back to Auburn.

With NIL pretty much a sure thing for these players wherever they go, they (and parents) can bet on what is to come later and make these trips.

I have many complaints about this team but this is my #1....We are UNDISCIPLINED. We are constantly complaining to re refs every time we commit a foul. KD, Greene, Broome are the main culprits. When we do make a play these guys flex like Superman instead of getting their butts back to defend. There have been numerous times this year the play is in the other teams court & we're still bitching to the refs. KD thinks if you make a face to look tough it makes you that way. I watch a lot of basketball and don't see this type of play from other teams, especially the elite ones. Sure it happens on occasion but not like our guys do it. And Cardwell needs to quit being a cheerleader to the crowd and concentrate on improving his game. Either that or put on a skirt and join the ladies.

It's gonna be NASTY! We lose by 35.

And this is no different than last year when Jabari was off. Bruce (or Steven Pearl who has been handed more responsibility in every phase of the basketball operation) has got to find more than 1 player who can score with consistency. Hopefully we have the problem solved come next year.
