CarolinaTiger 0 Posted September 3, 2004 Share Posted September 3, 2004 Link to Article back in February i find it ironic that just 4-6 months ago, bush was in deep water over his military service (or lack thereof)...something that could've been his undoing... and here we are, just a few months later, and we're still talking about military service, only this time it's kerry's service that seems to be at issue. the military is now questioning kerry's record, saying ...according to a U.S. Navy spokesman, "Kerry's record is incorrect. The Navy has never issued a 'combat V' to anyone for a Silver Star." it's unfortunate that either of these inquests became an issue...but regardless of whether kerry goes on to win or lose, his running as a vietnam vet hero is looking more & more dumb by the day. ct Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
