Men's 4x100 won the Penn Relays today...narrow win on LSU and a Jamacan team.  Under 40 seconds. Came close to a DQ but as of now, the race has been confirmed.

Great news I expect them to win the SEC 400x100 this year. But relays are trickie

Yep...gotta be careful on hand-offs.....one of our guys took a step in the inside lane at the 3rd leg but either it was thought to provide no advantage or was not seen by the officials.  Anyway, a good time though a rocky start on the third leg as he broke stride to get back into his lane almost cost us the race.

it was a great race otherwise though.  Our second leg destroyed the field, he just ate up the stagger.
