What type of workouts does Yox have the guys do? I've always been curious as to what these 6am workouts the freshman have to go to consist of?

Any help?

On this, I'd have to ask AUQBDAD to be quite on....we don't need other teams to know what Yox Workouts consist of at this time.  Just my opinon on this subject is all.
