Bahamas help

going on guys trip to bahamas. would love any recommended restaurants, places to see, activities etc. I've also heard imported/American alcohol is expensive. how expensive and how does the cheaper local stuff compare? TIA

American alcohol is usually more expensive because they know Americans touring there are used to those being cheaper, as well as being a favorite.

You can usually get Mexican beers for pretty cheap, but don't feel weird looking for something like a Heineken or whatever. Quite a few beers that are expensive in America were a good deal cheaper there.

I enjoyed Atlantis for a day trip, but that's the only place I've been to in the Bahamas so I can't give you much other than that.
