This will, or should, make your blood boil. 20 year old Kevin Jonas Rojano-Nieto was convicted in December of sexually assaulting a three year old relative. He faced a mandatory sentence of 25 to life. The judge reduced it to 10 years. His reasoning is pure bs. As expected there is outrage.
