quietfan 233 Posted January 4, 2005 Share Posted January 4, 2005 Two things stand out to me that in my mind that represent why we're 13-0: 1) Third (and fourth) down conversions--no matter how long the yardage, after LSU I always felt like we had a great chance of making it. I can't remember ever (in my 50 years) when I so often felt like we could and would come through on 3rd and 8, 3rd and 10, 3rd and 12. And that's all Jason Campbell. 2) Defense in the red zone--I also can't recall a season where I felt so strongly that we could (and did) stop teams inside our 20. Maybe we won't have the votes, but even with a mythical national title, USC and Oklahoma will never be able to argue with any evidence that they're better than us! CTT--I'm a believer--not only will we win A national championship under you, I believe we will win more than one while you're here.
