No way to make light of this. Someone likely lost a husband/dad/brother/son. Picking a random victim is the most haneous crime there is. Sad part is that he was in violation of probation on multiple accounts and it had been requested the he be picked up, but no one actually agreed to arrest him. Simple basic police / judge work would have prevented this. Wouldn't be surprised to see a lawsuit against those involved in enforcing probation in that area. The state failed here miserably. Have to pray for the family of this victim.
