The only difference between FF and IE getting spyware? There's a hell better chance FF will have a fix out quicker than MS could pull up it's panties.

I can remember multiple times seeing articles on exploits in IE that MS wouldn't acknowledge for months and then take even longer to fix.

Heck, right now MS only releases patches once a month.

I love it when Microsofties come out of the woodwork every once in a blue moon when a competing (and usually superior) product has a similar problem that has plagued Microshaft dozens of times.

Firefox, Safari, and all the other web browsers could get viruses and other malware once a week for a year combined and not add up to the crap that people have put up with from IE.
