Well you would have thought things were set up just right for AU....Lipscomb got by with no serious problems and pull him before he got into trouble...and bring in the guy who had been pretty much perfect.....sometimes you just can't tell.

Mitchell I believe has thrown roughly 15 innings this year and hasn't given up a run. Even an unearned run. It was a great move! Cole's high pitch count this year was 58, and he was at 61 pitches. Could he have gone one more, probably, but with Mitchell, you gotta feel you're in good hands. Just makes me mad when you've got fair weather fans who make definitive statements about a group of kids that they actually don't know anything about.
