EBAY people disgust me

First, anyone who tries selling helmets and autographed footballs for $250 is just ridiculously stupid if they think anyone will actually but that. Secondly, anyone who does purchase it - is a moron.

But I have to give this one props... Jason's Sugar Bowl Cletes... thats unique. And why the hell would Jason give these away again?

Wait a minute...they played in the Dome...

Doesn't the dome have turf??? If so, then why do those cletes have mud/dirt on them???

These also aren't your typical turf shoes. When playing on artificial grass, you don't need cleats quite that long as they won't be able to dig into the surface anyway. This seems a bit fishy

If you scroll down on the eBay link, they have pictures of Jason signing the shoes. It says they had a private signing with him on January 26.

As an avid ebayer let me just say: Bite me PChamp.

Why be disgusted. An item is for sale on ebay like a couple million others, feel free to bid or to ignore but save your disgust for something worthwhile.

I went to an event at Pat Dye's farm a few years back. It was partially a fund raiser for an education fund for the kids of a former Auburn DB who died of luekemia. They auctioned off different stuff (players, jersies, bats, you name it). You would be amazed what people were paying fot these things. And Bo was there doing free autographs :D Pat had promised this player (can't remember his name right now) he would help send his two kids to college and he made good on his promise.

Well, if it shows jason signing the actual shoe....then its real. Looks like a duck, talks like a duck, must be a duck.... :D

j.k.

That was a very nice gesture for Pat Dye to do that for one of his ex-players family.

if that moron holds on to it and by chance that player becomes the next babe ruth, henry aaron or the next walter payton then that moron will be potentially one rich moron.

by the way i have not purchased any thing off ebay other than a few x box games and fishing lures.

It just disgusts me that people claim they care about the Auburn football team and go around and sell their stuff. People that actually care about this team and followed them and never got a chance to get their autographs because of a**holes who are in it just to make some money - that is what pisses me off. And there are like 15 team helmet signings on that starting at $250 and like no one is buying any of them. Shouldn't this tell ppl to at least sell it for less. And most ppl on EBAY use it to make a profit. They will buy something and go around and sell it. And yea I know "life's not fair," but thats the type of stuff that disgusts me. Same goes with football tickets. People who really want to go to games and can't because people sell tickets for $100 a piece and those who buy them try selling them for $150. It's a risk, but it sort of sets the stone for all ticket prices. Point in case, I bet a lot more people would've gone to the Sugar Bowl if the tickets were of decent price. EBAY prices and online prices started at like $150 or $200 for the cheap seats. The stadium was sick how many open seats there were at that game. Come gameday, people were giving away tickets because there wasn't enough of a demand because people are like "I'm not going to travel to New Orleans without a ticket."

Doesn't the Super Dome have the same AT utilized in Atlanta and at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium? It almost looks like grass and you can see that fine black powder cloud up, when someone hit's the turf. I believe it's the latest AT available.
