Bielema challenges that there was time left on the clock after the KO return to midfield just before halftime. After getting the MSU players to come back to the field after making it to the tunnel, referees reviewed the play, put two seconds back on the clock and then Illinois proceeds to run a handoff for basically no gain.

Glad that MSU won, and how ironic that they sealed the game with a defensive TD.

Also very appropriate that they played in the home stadium of the Buccaneers...a fitting sendoff for the Pirate. 👍
