Teddy has a history of ridiculing those for actions he alone is guilty. Judge Roberts is perpetually more 'main stream' than Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg will ever be. Despite RBG's extremist views, she was still confirmed by a 97-3 vote.

Just once, the Dems could show an ounce of civility and cooperation. Roberts will be confirmed, there's no point in trying to drag this out or use this opportunity to bash the President. It would only do the Dems more disservice. Instead of dividing us, the Dems should just.....moveon

When it comes to matters of moral clarity, moral responsibilty, or just plain doing what's right; Teddy should immediately excuse himself from the senate chamber, grab another bottle of gin and avoid microphones at all cost.
