I did not know about this program. A user named OneSecond13 posted it on reddit. It is a powerful watch for the Auburn faithful. If you've not heard of it or watched it, I suggest you watch it. If PBS pulls it from streaming, let me know.

Every Auburn fan should watch it, especially the young fans. It gives you a sense of where some of the Auburn spirit and tradition came from. Pat Dye was a true Auburn man, for sure. He was loyal, tough, loving, and intelligent. He believed in everything Auburn stood for.  This program is very well done.

There were at least 2 previous topics re this documentary on aufamily.com before it aired so hopefully most people were able to watch it.

I watched it on PBS Monday night and is a must see for Auburn fans. It brought back a LOT of great memories and showed what a TRUE Auburn man Pat Dye was! RIP Pat Dye!

Have your tissue handy! Such great insight to Pat Dye as not just a football coach but as a person. What he meant to Auburn cannot be overstated. Love Coach Dye! A must watch for Auburn fans.
