If a moderator or admininstrator deletes or locks a thread, it is not up to you to repost it. If you disagree with the decision, you are free to send a private message requesting an explanation, but do not take it upon yourself to put it back up.

Freedom of speech does not apply to private message boards. You don't like the way we moderate? Leave.

Repost something we've locked or deleted again and you'll leave involuntarily.
