I wonder if any of these Einsteins have ever really listened to Ken "It took me by shock" Darby.

I am glad we have the class on this site to not take 6 freakin pages to smear a kid.

Finebaum is right, other schools have sidewalk alumni, the turds have dirt road alumni.

BTW, 323.....FOUR, goin on FIVE!

 That makes me angry. It just shows the lack of class at Bama. The Mods on that site, if they had any class at all, would have not allowed that post to develop into 6 pages. I do not condone such personal attacks on kids. Sadly, it doesn't suprise me that most Bama fans thrive on such behavior. I know this because I have family members who are Bama fans. It's really sad that they have to resort to personal attacks on our players in order to make themselves feel better.

That's really sad. I guess angry would be an appropriate description of my feelings about this. So, what they are saying is he is not as smart as Auburn University says he is on his degree? And, that he should not be allowed to speak to the press? Well, let's see what he has to say after that game in November. And, remember at one time, we had a Heisman Trophy winner that had a speech problem that was corrected. I believe the Bammers have much more to worry about than what or how Kenny speaks to the media. They need to leave our players alone and look at themselves. When a Bammer points a finger, there are four more fingers pointing back at 'em.

What's interesting is the general perception nowadays that in order to be good at anything you have to be a polished TV star. Some people are just not very articulate. Maybe he will take some speech lessons before his Heisman speech. :poke:

Woah woah woah. You guys had a multiple page thread about Ken Darby from media days, making fun of the way he speaks.

http://www.aunation.net/forums/index.php?s...c=26860&hl=

Didnt get closed for 2 pages.

That thread was also closed less than 3 hours after it was started.

And what I noted was the significant number of bammies who weighed in on that thread. Bammies added almost a page themselves.

Why does it not surprise me that our "old buddy" Crimson323 took up about three pages of that thread by himself. What a tool.

No surprise at all. What was surprising to me was that crim323 admitted that Kenny Irons has gone further in his education than crim323 did. Of course, the irony was totally lost on him.:lol:

All I can say is I'm glad you dug that up in the "Woodshed":blink:

And it got locked...

Their example of intelligence would be an ex-NFL quaterback who gets caught trying to cheat the American taxpayers out of $500K because he does not feel he has to pay his fair share to the IRS...or maybe that would be a lack of intellingence in their book. Boosters buying players and not getting caught might be a better example of intelligence of which they would be proud.

I bet some (most) of those people posting comments would give worse interviews. Do you think their goals in life include much more than something to do with :ua: football, the "bahr", a bass boat, a case of Bud, and upgrading to a double-wide?

Here's to the Bammers being undefeated going into the Auburn Bowl on Nov. 18. It will be all the sweeter when they get their one remaining tooth kicked in, again.

28-18
