I admit it, I’m not a fan of Nutt at all, but I can’t help but think that Ole Miss could have done a LOT better than hiring this idiot. Granted, I don’t like Ole Miss either and it’s nice to see that they are continuing with their tradition of bonehead coaching hires/fire, but nonetheless, could they have not done better?

I actually think this is a great hire by Ole Miss. Nutt is a great recruiter and a good coach and I think he will turn Ole Miss around. Its the Arky admin and fans that made it hard for Nutt to be very successfull. From what i'm hearing Ark offered Nutt $2.4 million to stay on board but took less money to go to a school in far worse shape..... that right there should tell you how unhappy he was at Ark. I bet he can't wait till his date in Fayettville next season.

I think this is a very solid move by OM to be honest.

Nutt made Arkansas a good team/program...nowhere NEAR great but solid.

Ole Miss being solid would be a MASSIVE upgrade from where they are now.

I also think Nutt stays at OM until he is either fired or retires
