This is the last season that I am going to sit and watch us implode. If he gets us a NIT bid or a winning SEC record then I will consider that a sucess, but I think he has had plenty of time. Lebo has had problems with players transferring. <--Probably his fault. Lebo is recruiting to the worst basketball school in the SEC. <--Not his fault. Postseason is the expectation (NIT or NCAA). Given that expectation, he HAS fallen short. For the reasons listed above, I think he gets a reprieve. IF we stay healthy and we STILL don't succeed, its probably time to cut bait.
