YES! Way too early. Especially with how pathetic our pitching is. It's now 9-7 after 2 more HRs by State going to the B6. This is ridiculous. Do we have anybody that can get someone out? We might make the SEC tournament this year, but we're not gonna go anywhere pitching like this, especially against a bottom feeder like State. We're lucky we have one of the best offenses in the country.

We have a chance every game because of those big sluggers. As it gets to be tournament time and we face increasingly better competition we'll need pitching and defense. We're near the bottom of the SEC in both.

This team is loads of fun but we do have some serious weaknesses.
