I wouldn't say its serious but his helmet was knocked off and he took a bad gash to the forehead. Busted play. He and Brandon Jacobs bump into each other. In the end Eli went running to the sideline with blood gushing from his head. Sucks for him.

he'll be fine.  may get to sit out next week while his forehead sticks back together.  it was an awesome shot.  you could instantly see blood pouring down his head.  then when he stood up, it didn't drip, it poured in a solid stream.
