We are playing with our 3rd string QB. And 2nd string running back. I knew after this win everyone would be saying "yeah but USM was playing with their backup qb"...what about us?

All things being equal...and we have brodie in there and they have their starter in there...we beat them by 30.

BamaGrad, respectfully, do you think that Notre Dame fans are complaining that their team isn't getting any love for beating Navy, a previously undefeated team? The parallels between ND and UA are not difficult to spot. We all know that So. Miss has looked terrbile for weeks and are were only in the top 25 because they were undefeated in conference and won at nebraska (a win that gets less impressive every day) earlier in the year. As for the 30-point spread, maybe so. But still, dude, have a little self-respect and admit that this is a game that you should win no matter the circumstances because you are bama and they are southern miss.

But please don't complain to us about being short-handed. We know how difficult it can be to win a game in Tuscaloosa against a Top 25 team when you're starting your 2nd- (or 3rd-) string running back.
