Bell said back in Dec he turned all his info over to Miss ST. well now that they (NCAA) are ask for the tapes rec. and txt he is saying that he drop his phone in water now he cant get the info for them???? sorry if this has already been asked the work its hard for me to keep up with all the threads!!! i just sounds a little fishy to me and it could just be me!!!!
