Wow, I have always liked coach Gran. He deserves every chance he gets. I'm selfishly hoping to see him back here when Jimbo is announced as our HC but that's just me.

I make no statement on Gran's ability as a head coach, but he's the best RB coach in college football. One of the best position coaches I've ever seen.

That would be a major jump for Gran. Usually a position coach serves as an OC or a DC before they are even considered for a HC job.
