You can make a point that keeping a Coach is actually the best thing now. The system gets better and the recruiting holds up too. CTT and Shula have tried to stablize their staffs recently and their work is sure paying off now.

has stabilized for the first time in years and the D is fantastic. The O was looking good before the injuries piled up.

Keeping CTT may look like the best move made in years. CGC and CAB are doing incredible jobs. Maybe it just takes some talent in a system for a while to be this good? Maybe coaches and fans will buck the trend toward short stays and reap similiar rewards?
