ausaxman 27 Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 The copyright ran out a while back. The origional composer (based in NY) found out the copyright expired and got the rights to it. Now one of his family members (wife I think) owns the rights and Auburn is trying to get it back before the lady dies and the rights to the song are lost.
