I wonder, was this in his Lambor-Ghoulie or was the tissue go toward his Lambor-Ghoulie?

The discovery of the contents of Roth’s trunk came about haphazardly. Two weeks ago, Roth hit a child with special needs, who was critically injured. After his car was impounded when police began the investigation into the accident, officers obtained a search warrant to obtain the “black box” data recorder from the car and discovered the human tissue in containers and medical equipment during the search. The Fentanyl was found in the console of the passenger compartment, and no labels or medical records were found with the containers.

Illegal or private abortions were performed before Roe vs. Wade and no doubt have been after (throughout human history, in fact.). Banning legal abortion would probably just lead to more unsafe abortions performed outside the safety of a licensed, regulated and monitored clinical setting. But of course, based on the information in this link, any suggestion that Dr. Roth was doing so is only conjecture and innuendo at this point.

I don't know Michigan or federal law regarding what drugs, tissue samples, or equipment a licensed physician is allowed to carry in his vehicle. However, like anyone else regardless of profession, if he was transporting contraband illegally he is subject to criminal charges for doing so.

Beyond that, this link is filled with conjecture: "Was he performing abortions outside the clinic? Is the tissue adult or fetal?" it asks, but doesn't answer. And the reference to fictional serial killer "Buffalo Bill" is certainly an irrelevant sensationalized innuendo or association on the part of the writer meant to illicit an emotional response..

Whether or not he had an auto accident involving any victim--special needs child or otherwise--is only relevant in that it is how the contents of the car was discovered. To highlight that incident or use a separate issue (driving safety) as an assault on his character or profession, or to attack legalized abortion in principle, is nothing more than ad hominem logical fallacy.

Wow. Kudos, that took a lot of time to actually type out all that. I dont think it matters one bit, but hey, congrats on typing it all out.

Hey, what's the point of having the forum if we can't waste time on it instead of doing more productive, more worthwhile things? :)

Surely none of us actually believes our thoughts as expressed here will actually change anything? ;)

The Young Conservative article provides very little of the information that is out there about this guy.

He has several previous issues in the medical field, no clue how he is still a doctor. Things like illegally prescribing medication, had done illegal abortions previously that hospitalized women, falsifying medical records. Pleaded no contest and paid fines and had some restrictions put on him. Has a ex wife that lives in fear of him and has restraints against him. Has had his practice evicted from multiple locations.

The answer to the question about coverage? He appears to be getting the exact same amount of coverage that pretty much all dirty doctors get. This shouldn't be just an abortion question with this guy, this should be a question on the entire medical field.
