I saw them with Nickleback and they were great.

Brave of you admitting to going to a Nickelback concert. ;)

I heard a new Nickelback song on the radio in a buddy's car the other day. I thought it was Metallica. Not sure if that's good for NB or bad for Metallica.

I saw Pink Floyd at the Superdome back in the mid 90's. Theatrics and stage show? Best I've ever seen. Acoustics? Absolutely horrid. Worst I've heard. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

Superdome has always been bad for a concert

Not a Beatles fan but I had two albums by them Sgt. pepper and The White Album. Both are music greatness......still now a huge fan of Beatles though

I can hear enough, through my laptop speakers, to know that this is not best served by laptop speakers.

On the whole, can't argue, but

you provide me with a segue back to summery [sic] stuff. Not that bad a Beatles song (especially in Mr. Harrison's solo/accoustic version) but I've always preferred Mr. Havens' cover:

Cowabunga, dude!  [The Howdy Doody Show]. Actually saw Buffalo Bob live (decades later) but he toured without marionettes due to copyright/trademark restrictions.

This second was probably not intended as a summer song, but it became one. I've heard it every summer since it came out (you probably have too) and already once this year.

Steel drums tend to "summerize" any song. Peaceful interlude?

(Side note - not from my collection. All my steel-drum albums were lost in our flood of '14).

Sad but somewhat appropriate?

Hard to turn down steel drums.
