With Hurricane Delta churning in the Gulf. Early models for tropical depression path could be anywhere between Auburn and Huntsville. Of course these will change hourly in the coming days but Saturday will be very wet across Alabama.

Weather really wasn’t a major factor,

they did a good job of protecting the ball
