AuburnNTexas 7,151 Posted May 2, 2023 Share Posted May 2, 2023 While not 100% accurate it seems to me that they are recruiting O-line that have the height and frame but will need to add muscle mass. This young man is 6'5" and 275 pounds whereas SEC linemen almost always are 300+ pounds. I am assuming he moves well and has good feet so they can develop him while adding the required muscle mass. What a welcome change from the last two administrations that aimed for the few 5* players who already looked like they were SEC ready but who we were never able to get to commit. With a good strength conditioning program, the right nutrition program and player development this is the type player who in a couple of years is an SEC ready O-Lineman.
