Well, obviously. Anytime you have a shooting where a good guy with a gun doesn’t intervene (so about 95% of them) then the only common sense answer is more guns till such a time that a ‘good guy with a gun’ is always around to stop the bad guys. 
 

if 400 millions guns obviously aren’t enough, maybe if we triple that number and get 1.2 billion guns into American streets that should solve the problem.
