My mom teaches at a Christian school in Anniston (Faith Christian for you locals) and she attended a two day conference in BHM last week. A black minister who is president of a bible college or seminary in Mississippi (she couldn't remember but it isn't germane to the story). Anyway, he was giving a very good speech, and his comments touched on how we shouldn't have black churches and white churches - that Christians were Christians - and that his bible college was a mix of black, white and Hispanic. Interesting premise. But here's the quote Mom told me brought down the house.

He told the crowd that people ask him all the time if Jesse Jackson spoke for "his people" - if he (the speaker) shared the views of the Good Reverend. His reply?

"Jesse Jackson speaks for all blacks like Bill Clinton speaks for all whites."

Sounds like a Man I would like to get to know. WE (Americans) need more men like him that will speak out about the frauds like jj.
