Sears found Guilty

Back to the subject at hand. The exerpt from the article that was posted is all I have seen. It doesn't even indicate there was an actual trial. I am just assuming here that there was one or more parts of the charges that Sears disagreed with and either tries to fight through a trial or in negotiations with the prosecutor. It could have been a lot of things and the little bit of the article posted really doesn't give enough detail to know.

Let's just hope Sears has long since realized the consequences of getting behind the wheel after slamming a few back. JUST DON'T DO IT!!! That's the important thing here.
