in all fairness, the guy's statement didn't make a whole lot of sense. i'd put money on last year's rutgers squad against bama's 2006 team anyday, though.

Rutgers would have been a 3-point favorite against Bama last season. I think they would have definitely chopped the wood against last years Tide. This season, the oddmakers would most likely have them as even.
