AURaptor 1,126
Hope so. Romney is my man so far, but if Fred runs, he'll likely get some of my $$ as well.
bojack34 2
I am torn between Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter now but I doubt Duncan Hunter will beat out Fred so my vote will probably be for Fred.
TexasTiger 13,017
Just curious, for the Thompson supporters here, does his cancer cause you any concern?
WinCrimson 61
The only Republican, as of right now, I can see myself voting for... If he runs against Obama, he's got my vote in the bag.
Jenny AU-92 0
Just curious, for the Thompson supporters here, does his cancer cause you any concern? No - from his bio on Wiki: In an April 2007 interview on Your World with Neil Cavuto on Fox News, Thompson declared that he has non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), a treatable, but incurable form of cancer. "I have had no illness from it, or even any symptoms. My life expectancy should not be affected. I am in remission, and it is very treatable with drugs if treatment is needed in the future  and with no debilitating side effects," Thompson said. Like many patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Thompson received treatment with Rituxan. Thompson's cancer is reportedly indolent, the lowest of three grades of NHL.
